Show Your Light of Hope To Them With Vivo !!
Losing a loved one is never easy and many times we regret so much once those loved ones are gone. That’s reason people always say cherish the time you have lest you regret the time you lost. Those who are born in harmony family should be grateful and filled with gratitude because nothing is more precious than a family.
On 28 Nov 2017, vivo Ranger visited and donated part of the profit of vivo V7 Pre-Order to Da Ci Jiang Tang 大慈講堂 (DCJT) located at Bukit Anggerik, Cheras. DCJT was founded on 29th Sept 2011. The purpose of establishing the non-profit organization DCJT is to provide a home for underprivileged children, including orphans and children from dysfunctional families and to transform these children’s lives through counselling, disciplines, proper education and character building.

At the moment you enter the house, watching the children laugh and talk makes you feel both happy, sad or even feelings that not describable. Through the briefing of the housemothers, there are total of 14 children and 3 babysitters/maids are living with the children in 3 bedrooms. Besides running out of space and prevent the room getting hot and humid, they need few fans for every room to keep the air ventilation balance during bedtime. Hence, the electricity bill is another problem DCJT currently facing.

To make some extra income for the children daily supplies, DCJT set up a Traditional Chinese Medical Centre that operates on every Saturday and Sunday. Public are allowed to visit the medical center for acupuncture treatment by paying as much as they wish for funding purposes. Furthermore, DCJT are still facing food shortage like biscuit, rice and bread despite many individuals supported them. This is because they inherited the spirit of moderation from the founder. Other than food and electricity, children also need school items for 2018 including school shoes, 2Liter water bottles, school bags and heavy transportation fees.

After consultation, part of the profit of V7 Pre-Order was provided to DCJT as monthly supplies for the children. However, their still need assistance from sincere volunteers. Every believer of every religion is in a position to reflect his light into the world’s dark places. Thus, feel free to contact the housemother for donation or assistance.
