vivo Dreamers : Teaching Is A Work Of Heart

There’s a saying that says school period is the golden period in everyone’s life. Besides classmates and besties, teachers are playing an important role as they lay the foundation of knowledge and education in every person’s life. They not only educate us, but also teach us the lesson of life.

Teaching involves love and faith, too. Our teachers have been as strict as father and as loving as mother, equally caring like a friend, a strict disciplinarian and yet always so approachable. Our teachers are wonderful human beings because they have accepted all of us with all the weaknesses and have worked upon us to overcome those weaknesses.

If you ask teachers to total the hours they work, most will just laugh at attempting the addition. Teaching's not just a job, but a life of service devoted to the love of, patience for, and faith in young people. Miss Lidyawati Binti Azmin is a very giving and selfless teacher. She started her journey as a teacher 10 years ago. She has been nurtured and cultivated her students year after year at SMK Taman Kosas.

Miss Lydia joined the vivo Dreamers contest after she bought a vivo smartphone as Christmas gift for her family last December. While she filling out the form, she wanted to help the school by adding reading material to the school library. Hence, vivo decided to fulfill her selfless dream.

As a teacher, she wishes nothing but the best for her students. When Miss Lydia was informed that she was one of the winner of vivo Dreamers, she was so grateful and happy. Hence, vivo decided to interview the lovely and selfless Miss Lydia.
